Need program to track amount transfered in last 3 days

At my college, there is a limit of 2 gigs every three days either downloaded and uploaded, or else you are put into a penalty box and it's like being on dialup. I've already been put into the penalty box for 3 days, so I need some program that will tell me how much has been downloaded and uploaded in the past 3 days. I looked around but couldn't find much. Thanks.

You can set the options up with DUMeter to tell you how much you've downloaded since a certain date or for a certain period of time.

I've played with it for a while but could not find how to get it to tell my how much I've downloaded since a certain date. Can you help me out?

It can only track how much is downloaded while it's running, not in the past.

It's not got a crystal ball inside it you know!

Yeah, I didn't mean from some date a long time ago, I wanted to set it up so it would tell me how much I've downloaded in the past three days.
