Hi
I am running a LAN with multiple workstations on a NT4 server. I have the printers shared via this server, not a dedicated printerserver.
I am looking for software that can monitor print jobs, possibly delete printjobs exceeding X pages, definitely able to count total pages printed (daily, monthly, whatever).
Does anybody know a program like that???

Thanks,
Hellblast

The only thing I can think of is UnipriNT by pharos (www.pharos.com). This is probably not going to what you want though. It can track printers and queues and print out details reports and Im pretty sure it can disallow printing based on certain parameters, but it is meant to be used in a public setting. That is, where people pay for printing. Once the person has payed, the software releases the job from the queue.

Is it connected to the server or installed on the server but connected to a print server? I would suggest a HP 300x and HP JetAdmin. :)

Thanks for your answers, here's more:
The thing is that I would like to monitor two printers at the same time. They are both shared through the NT Server, one is on it's parallel port, the other on a dedicated IP address with printer NIC.

Thanks,
