Need Power Supply help!

Hey guys, what are the symptoms of a weak or failing PS? I added a second hdd last month, and have had all sorts of problems since then. That drive failed, followed by a replacement that crashed. Now, I'm having random reboots and lockups. And, I'm in the middle of a really annoying struggle in that I cannot boot the system at all. I'll push the power button, it will do the memory count, then give me the windows xp splash screen. Then, at the end of the splash screen, the system reboots. I can't get it to boot at all. Sound like a power problem?

I've got a 350w PS with:

Athlon XP2000 / Asus mobo
DVD-ROM
CD/RW
120gig WD hdd
floppy
2 fans
64mb All in Wonder vid
10/100 NIC
56k modem
USB 2.0 PCI card

Please advise!!

sounds like a corrupt driver problem to me; if it's hardware, it's probably damaged RAM.

can you boot Windows in safe mode?

Thanks for the tips, guys. No, I couldn't boot into safe mode or anything else. I ended up just doing a clean install of XP onto a new hdd I had, and it all seems to be working fine now.
