Need Podcast/Bittorrent advice on programs.

I am looking for advice for both a listener and a producer (webradio station).
:music: First, what are the best programs for listeners who want to start getting on the Podcast download bandwagon (preferably with the bittorent ability mentioned below)? Also what is the best way to find various podcasts?

:music: Secondly, I know a little grass roots Alaska radio/webradio station that is interested in podcasting but also wants to address bandwidth issues. So, are there Podcast programs for producers that incorporate the bittorent concept or ability? Also, what is the better (free, opensource) programs for a producer who wants to distribute shows? Any other advice on these topics are greatly appreciated. :heart:

Also, Podcasting is where the MP3 is automatically downloaded to my computer right? Or do I have to follow a link and download?
