I just purchased a brand new computer (custom built), and I want to overclock the processor. It's a Core 2 Duo, E6400 to be specific. Here's the specs of my computer

As I have never overclocked in my life, I haven't the faintest idea of how to do it. I need help and intructions on exactly how to do it, how many Ghz can I get with stock fans, and etc, etc.
So thanks in advance to anyone who'll help me.
And if possible, I'd also like to overclock my RAM and Video Card.
