Need opinions on two cisco gigabit switches

I need an opinion from someone who had deployed these switches:

1. WS-C2960G-24TC-L (20ports gigabit + 4 dual purpose ports)
2. 2970G-24T-24 (24ports gigabit)

I know the 2970 switches has reached the end of sale, but it is still supported till 2011 which gives plenty of time before next upgrade.

both switches are very similar in price, but in term of function, speed and reliability, which would be better ?

This is for a small company with very limited budget, but would like like upgrade to all gigabit cisco equipment.
