Looking to replace motherboard - having multiple problems with this and not sure I want to go down same road.
AMD Phenom II x4 955 BE
GSkills 4Gx2 - F4-12800CL9D-8GBRL
HIS HD5770 - H577QT1GD
Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 1 TB
MB - ASUS M4A89GTD PRO/USB3
Not always playing well with other pieces of hardware. Most of these items have been replaced.
Not doing anything major - streaming videos, internet, etc., though would like the capability to do as much gaming as the video card can handle. Want the ability to do crossfire.
Intending to only change out the motherboard. Running a mini-server but plan is to run an SSD for OS and 2-500 GB for RAID.
Considering the lack of input I have received, I would change my question to what would be a better motherboard/CPU setup? Just getting back to work so monies a little short. Willing to switch to Intel if needed. Any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. This has been my 1st build from the ground up so I look forward to any other suggestions.
