Need New HS and Fan

Lookin to upgrade from my stock HS/F to a new one running a XP 1700+ OCed to 1.56 on a epoX 8kha+ mobo want to over clock more but want new fan and heatsink any suggestions???

Alpha PAL8045. That gets my vote. You can even get by with a lower CFM (dba) fan to make it more quiet if you like and still get great results.

Just go with the PAL8045. There is no point in waiting for more posts cuz you'll get the same answer ^^.

My god, that is one hell of an expensive heatsink / fan solution... almost costs as much as a OEM AMD Thunderbird 900Mhz...that just isn't right.

thinki might go with the thermalright sk-6 because i have a EpoX 8KHA+ mobo and dont feel like shaving part of the heat sink off to get arround that capacitor. form what ive heard both are great and work like champs with some AS2

A friend just bought this Cooler Master HHC-001 Heat Pipe Cooler.
It looks sweet and is a little less than the Aplha 8045.
Hope to here some more real world results on this one.
