Need new fans and heatsink

K heres the deal, I have an athlon xp 2700 that i want to really beef up the cooling on, what would be the best fans regardless of how noisy they are and the best heatsink i can get for this.

if you dont like noise...buy a panaflo.

true. though, I dont know how anyone can not mind tornado amount of noise. Rosedaddy, your PC will sound like an industrial appliance and governmental health and safety officers may insist that there should be a warning sign with spare set of ear protectors hanging on the other side of the computer room door.
