I thought by simply being on exchange the "Mailbox -" would be in front of the username, but this is not the case. We went from Exchange 2000 to a physically new server with Exchange 2003. Some people still have the [Mailbox - Username] format, but others simply have [username] by outlook today. Anyone know what would cause this, or how to fix it?
 
wow i guess no one knows... i posted this here and on active outlook and exchange forums and no replies 🙁
