Need Motherboard Recommendation - Barton 3000+

I am building a box that is going to be doing a lot of data processing and I would like to use the Barton 3000+ CPU because it has the 400Mhz FSB. Now I need a motherboard for it to run on and I would like it to be cheap, sub $70, and have integrated video, sound, and possibly ethernet. I don't care at all about video or sound quality. First I need to figure out what chipset to go with and then what specific motherboard.

My first pick without any research into it was the:

REFURBISHED: Gigabyte Socket A Motherboard for AMD Athlon? XP / Athlon? /Duron? Processor, Chipset VIA KT600, Model GA-7VT600 1394

which is only $45 at newegg. It doesn't have video but I can use a cheap video card if need be. It does need to be very stable, not worried about overclocking, and fast would be nice as well.

Any recommendations?

According to newegg.com they are selling a Barton 3000+ with a 400MHz FSB for $138 OEM. Link

So why would you choose the ASUS motherboard? ASUS usually has a lot of options thrown in there but they are usually more expensive?

If a board without Integrated Video is better, stable and fast, then I will just get a cheap AGP graphics card.

So basically I would still like to hear your opinions.

Moblie Barton 2400 set vcore to stock barton (1.65) and 2300 Mhz which is 3400+ = $77
Shuttle MN31N = $80
