Need more juice for my USB devices

I've got a little shuttle computer that I love, but I'm having issues getting enough power out of the usb ports. I've got about 3 usb (bus powered) hard drives that I'm trying to use, along with other things (joysticks, etc) and I always get the "there was a power surge on usb port" message, and I simply can't power them.

I've hooked them to a powered belkin 4 port usb hub, but it doesn't seem to help.

Is there a usb hub (prefer a 6+ port one) that will help power my devices? Any ideas?

Ya, with all those USB powered devices you may need a hub. Make sure to get one that has an external power adapter to get power from the wall, and see if that helps. Other than that, I can't think of anything that'll help.
