No ice. Put the ice cream in, add a dash of milk. Its really to make it a bit runnier, so not too much. You can add more if you need. Blend that, cut your fruit into halves or quarters, throw them with a bit of sugar and blend for just a minute to mix it in. No ice, thats for sure. Cherry soda would be up to you, if you do use it I would probably use it instead of the milk but I dont think it would turn out as well as not using it at all.

I don't have milkshakes because I'm fit and not man-boobed 😀

Shockwave, thanks for the tip... I was just about to toss in some cubes

Yeah, milkshakes don't have just regular ice in them.

Otherwise, just cut your fruit up add/blend to taste.

To really snazz it up, throw in a splash of vanilla. For your shakes being fruit, I'd probably throw in a splash of banana excract

No ice for a milkshake, but you could make a fruit slushie of sorts with the fruit, a dash of sugar, the cherry soda, and ice.

Hmm..... apparently blueberries don't taste like anything in a milkshake.

Tomorrow I either try Reese's Peanut Butter cups or strawberries.
