My setup is an E6400, 2GB Crucial Ballistix DDR2-667, Asus P5K Deluxe, stock cooling, and an Antec NeoHE 550W. So far, everything is stable at 2.66Ghz with my CPU and RAM both at 333Mhz while I'm sort of feeling my way through. However, in CPU-Z, my RAM timings and speeds are all messed up with:

CAS# Latecncy: 32.0 clocks
RAS# to CAS# Delay: 5 clocks
RAS# Precharge: 2 clocks
Cycle Time (tras): 12 clocks

In the BIOS, which I flashed to 0202, I have my CAS at 4, RAS to CAS at 4, RAS Precharge at 4, and RAS Activate to 12. My RAM is rated at 3-3-3-12 at 2.2V. However, in the BIOS, TWR, TRFC, TWTR, TRRD, and TRTP are all set to auto. I am stuck and dont quite know what to do.

I would flash the bios to 0304 found at XtremeSystems.

Thanks for the tip. I never saw that BIOS on the Asus website. Now everything is reported properly.

You rock! I was just googling around for info on TWR, TRFC, TWTR... they are not being read properly by my p5k either :)
