Need memory help am2+ system

I am planning on building a new system (GA-MA78GM-S2H and phenom 9500 2.2 ghz 1800 fsb 2mb cache ) I see ther are various memory options for this setup DDR 2 1066/800 which memory do I need for this combo ?? I am from the old school pc3200 days any advice greatly appreciated !
 
if the CPU is AM2+ you can run 1066 memory and AM2 is 800. As i am though you can use DDR2 800 ram just fine with a AM2+ CPU, as far as i know there is very little performance diff between the 2 speeds, get whatever is cheaper with better timings.
