need media bridge setup help

i have a asus dark knight router. it is connected to my modem{optimum cable internet}.
i went to t-mobile today to get myself a personal cellspot router [ asus tm-ac 1900 ].
i want to set the cellspot router as a media bridge but i dont know how :'( .
im not even sure how to connect it.

i tried this order ... modem-dark knight-cellspot-pc. when i tried to type in 192.168.1.1 i had a very hard time logging in, very slow and kept showing a screen with refreshing due to settings change .

how do i make the cellspot a media bridge???
