Is Core 1 reading of 3.01v normal?

The -5.00v line reads 0.00V and the -12.00v line also reads 0.00V, Is this normal?

System specs are MSI 865PE Neo2, P4 2.4ghz (800 fsb) , OCZ 512mb PC3200 (DC) , CD-RW, CD-ROM , 80gb sata drive, 450w psu , FX5200 video card ,
 
Well I guess since your system is working the -5V and -12V lines just aren't read properly. The Core 1 can only be 3.3V but 3.01V is alittle low for that.
Make sure you've got the right profile for your board.
