Need major help with a problem......!

Occasionally while playing the video games Guild Wars and World of Wracraft, my computer will enter a hibernate/standby mode of sorts at random points of gameplay. My keyboard and mouse do not work when it enters this state too (caps lock light turns off etc.). I ran a bunch of tests and can not find any problems with my computer and yet my computer will still enter the hibernate/standby mode randomly while playing video games.
 
Well, since you only mentioned online games, I wonder if maybe someone hasnt found an exploit and it trying to remotely shut down your system.
 
see that the problem. when i went to my friends house to check the temperatures in his bios i couldnt find them. its a dell computer and its in a real small case. my first thought it was temperatures... anyone know how to check them with dells
