Need low long distance international rates. Anyone know of a search engine for that?

I used phonebooth.yahoo.com before to compare rates with different plans, but today I wanted to check it out, and there is some retarded pc to phone link, and the search engine is gone. Does anyone know of a good replacement site? I need to find out the lowest rate on a 10 min call from Ithaca, NY to Moscow, Russia. I don't want to sign up for a plan, so I need a call forwarding service with no monthly fees. The reason I am asking in because my Spanish housemate called Spain with Verizon, and she got really screwed on the phone bill. it was something like 10 bucks for 2 minutes.

I use 1016868 for int'l calls because they have been consistently the cheapest. No fees at all.
