AMEX Blue site. You cannot just get your one time CC #'s online. You have to sign up for the smart card reader, which is a device you plug into the serial port. They offer the device for free, and they send it to you pretty quickly.

Only the serial reader is free. The USB one costs $25

actually you dont have to. i thought you had to do that also but i found a way around it ill see if i can figure it out.

it was linked right off the front page. just click on new number. i didnt sign up for the reader or anything and have used the private payment numbers twice.
