Need knowledge about Sempron processors

I am building a very basic non gamin computer. I am deciding between a Sempron 2200+ up to a Sempron 2500+. If I don't play any demanding games or use demanding applications, which is the best processor to get? I am on a very tight budget of $300

Well since you use nothing demanding, why not just go for the cheaper, probably the 2200.

you likely would notice no difference in apps not demanding at all. I recently upgraded a friend from a T-bird 900 to a Sempron 2500 and he's happy with it.

very cost effective too.

I use a 2200+. This processor is rock solid!
What are you using for a graphics card?

semprons are just a newer version of t-bred =P
