Hi all,

I bought a Kingston 512mb SD card from buy.com on Sep 17. I didn't print out the rebate form back then. Now I am trying to find it again. They only have a new rebate form up on the website. If you happen to have one, can you please email them to me at moonsite@gmail.com? Thank you.
 
You'll need to login to your account and view the receipt for that order. There is usually a link in your receipt for any rebates attached to that purchase. I was missing a rebate and found it that way.
