Need instruction on overclocking A64 3500+ 130nm, K8N NEO2, 2x512MB 2.5-3-3-8 Kingston PC3200

I just want to bump my system up to 2.4 from 2.2. I have an a64 3500+ 130nm version, msi k8n neo2, and 2 512mb sticks of kingston value rated at 2.5-3-3-8. Any advice on how to best do this overclock through bios. I really need detailed instruction on this Thank you so much
