Sorry I can't help, but you might want to make you title a little more informative like:
"Need help on overclocking Gigabyte 8IK1100"

Then in text go into specifics as type/speed of processor/memory/hsf/etc.

I have that board - excellent for overclocking. My only disappointment is that the vCore adjust are a bit lame. They jump from 1.60v to 1.68v. That's a big jump in a very critical area.

Otherwise, very happy.

is it possible to have memory at 400 ???
