Need Info on Soundblaster Card Color Coded Sockets

I am trying to hook up a Soundblaster Live Value sound card and I need information on the color coded sockets on the back of the card. Looking at the back of the computer, from left to right, I see black, green, red, blue and yellow sockets. I'm sure one is line in, one is line out, one is mic and one is digital out. Can you tell me which color is which line? Can you refer me to a web page with a clear diagram? I found no help on the Creative Labs site.
