need info on E commerce

Hi,

For the past few days i have been looking on "google" for 2 documents about 3 pages each on E commerce and i cant find anything that is relevent, one of these documents must have a RELEVENT picture in, like a graph of some sort. If any one has any any links, or knows where to look (other than google) it would be a great help..
