Need info on 7NNXP

Anybody who has a 7NNXP can help me.
Need to know if the multiplier is adjustable on the 7NNXP. And how is it done?

This is for a future purchase, any comments good or bad, problems with BIOSes, anything that comes to mind, please let me know.

Future set-up
2x WD800JB in RAID 0
OCZ 3500EL (2x256)
ATI 9600XT 128 or FX5900 (not sure yet)
