Need Info about my monitor

I have a Dell Ultrascan V17X 17" monitor that I bought used at a computer show several months ago. It works great, but there was no manual included. I am trying to find the maximum resolution as well as the highest refresh rate that is safe for the monitor.

Any help with this is appreciated.

Dell V17X (Samsung D1728-LS)

Horizontal: 30-64 kHz
Vertical: 50-100 Hz

Looks like it will do 1280 x 1024, but only at 60Hz. Eye-killer.
Keep it at 1024 x 768, should be able to keep it at 75Hz.
