Need Ideas to Promote a website -Contest/trivia - not search engines

I have a website that I am trying to build a good base of viewers with - its based on aviation , but is mostly a log of my personal flights, but I am working to make more of it. I've been happy as my "viewer" base has steadily been raising over the months. Well, I notice for october my stats are way down So, I'm trying to come up with something that will let my "viewers" win something, I'll gladly spend ~$20 for a prize(Aviation related). So I have come to ATOT for your great Ideas...trivia? Crossword? I cant think of anything really original Heck, if someone gives me an idea I really love there might be a little something in it for them....thanks.

Make a daily contest where you post a pic and people have to identify what type of plane it is, and the person who gets it gets to choose the next piture, or something of that sort.

Not bad, I dont think I get enough traffic to make it daily but maybe weekly - good idea!

Good Idea, I have yet to make that site run off of my php CMS i wrote, but once I did I could easily make it so people could blog their own flights. I like this one, but its a bit of work
