Need ideas for Anniversary in Nashville [edited with pics]

So tomorrow is our 5th anniversary. We've got to go to middle Tennessee for a wedding tomorrow afternoon anyway so we thought we'd spend the evening and possibly the night in Nashville. I just have no idea what to do... I figure dinner somewhere a bit upscale (~$100) and a nice hotel and something else fun. Anybody got any ideas?

There is a hotel in downtown Nashville that is an old train station. Very nice, upscale and very unique. For dinner try Amerigo's
 
Mario's is a wonderful reestaurant, a bit pricey, but worth it. The Nashville Symphony is playing Beethoven's 4 Piano Concerto and Rachmaninoff's Symphonic Dances tomorrow. I don't know if you're into that stuff, though.
