i don't even think it's supposed to be based on cutest, is it? there seems to be no indication on what you are voting for. it says vote for favorite associate which seems to me that it's based on how well she performs at her job - like how good she is with customers and stuff like that.

these ATOT effect things never sat well with me either, but I don't see any rules on the contest.

West end belleville is like 5 miles from East St. Louis. It's the closet town to that city. Look at the west end girls and think.. west end high school is less than 3 miles from the East STL border.

honestly, she was a roommate of mine in the past. and i've never seen her with curly hair!

she parties ALOT though, and i bet she walked in one morning after partying, saw someone with a camera, and said wtf right whne they took the pic
