Ok.. sites coming along pretty good using a tutorial because this is my first time... Are frames the bars that make the site more orginized if so I tried to attempt doing them but it wouldn't work... Does anyone know how to do verticle and horizontal frames? If you can't explain on here my AIM name is BlitzKriegSoljah. Thanks in advance.
 
That tutorial doesn't make much sense and when I try it it doesn't work.. Can anyone just TELL me how to put the frames in...
 
Ok I get it frames can't be put AFTER the body... but I tried frames and idk if it's what I want.. What is the thing where it keeps the page buttons to the side and the bar is there and then a bar ontop to display the site name etc..
 
Can you provide a link to page with the features you're talking about? I think would greatly aid the communication process here.
