Need HSF for XP1700+ that's quiet and moderately better than Retail hsf.

I recently built a system with a Soyo Dragon Plus and a retail XP 1700+ and it's running at 50 degrees C.
I don't know if that's dangerously high, but I'm about to build another similar system and I'm thinking of an after market hsf that's cooler, quiet and cheap.
Purpose: I don't plan on overclocking, but even if I do it would be very modest.

Go to SVC and get the GC68 heatsink. It uses a 80mm fan. And go buy a panaflo fan, ask around the bbs and someone might have a few left over. The panaflo is very quiet. ~21db.
