I bought a peltier and I was told that I need a HS/F that will handle 80 watts to keep it running correctly. Can Anyone recommend what I should try and get. I did not know most of them were rated in watts of disipation. How and where can I go about finding one...and be sure it will handle this much heat.

A big alpha did fine with my 78w pelt. The 3125 was the model I used. Had to make a custom mounting system to get it to stay. Be careful if you are new to pelts...one that strong will cause some serious condensation.

I am not familiar with the alpha..is that just a name brand of HS/F or what? If so..do they have a web site..or do some places sell them? What can you do to manage the condensation..if I use it...I can not afford it to mess up my processor. thanks for the help so far

Check out http://millisec.com. They have great stuff and have been perfect on service. They also offer some good peltier kits. For condensation, you have to do a couple of things. The main one is to prevent the cpu from getting that cold. If that is not possible, you have to insulate it. Can't really describe it, but there are some good websites. Start at [l]overclockers.com[\l]. Read the articles and the forum. Hope this helps..

get an Alpha with two huge DELTA 38 CFM fans. That should keep you cool. The more cooling on the pelt, the better. You might also want to try a water cooling system. They will cool better and won't make as much noise.
