Need hotel recommendations in 3 cities for honeymoon

Going on my honeymoon in about 2 months, and I'm working on booking the hotels. We're going to be visiting 3 locations, so I'm looking for recommendations on where to stay.

- Niagara Falls (Canadian side)
- Lower Maine beachfront (maybe Kennebunkport?)
- New York City (or maybe in Jersey, if their accommodations are cheaper/nicer)

I'd like to stay under $300 a night, but if I can get into a great place for much less, then even better.

There are some really NICE hotels on the American side, which overlook the falls.... Marriot on the Falls and Sheraton on the Falls are two, if i remember correctly.

As for manhattan... depends on Where in manhattan ya wanna stay.
If staying in NJ is better ,i'd look a little further back from Manhattan, as the ones near the GW/Lincoln etc are gonna be just as expensive as staying in Manhattan.

For the Canadian side of Niagara the Embassy Suites is awesome. I've gotten a high floor room overlooking both falls with a two person jacuzzi and voucher for breakfast for like ~$175/night.

I had an excellent stay at the Embassy Suites hotel on the Canadian side last November. Very nice rooms, amazing views and the free breakfast buffet was fantastic.

IIRC, the Four Points Sheraton on the American side and Marriot (sp?) on the Canadian side were both very nice.

We went to Cabo last month and it was $1600 for 5 nights which included round trip air, ocean view room, all food, all booze, all gratuity, all sodas, water and beer in the minifridge which was restocked and 4 bottles of liquor.

I do like Maine because of how clean and natural it is up there though. NYC is a pass though because it is a big, dirty and very expensive city, not my idea of a relaxing vacation spot.
