i know this is wrong forum but everyone goes here..so here it is...My outlook express 5.5 wont load up anymore...i get an error saying "cannot start because msoe.dll cannot be loaded." I tried reinstalling IE 5.5 Sp1(is that how you reinstall outlook 5.5?) but i still get no such luck. Can anyone fix this problem.. Im running win2k sp1 btw..
