need help

i have posted this message here before but it still is not working

i have an athlon tbird 700 on a fic sd11 mb
bios ver ami nc610
128 md ram (133 sdram)
Gforce 1 ddr (creative) latest detonator drivers
soudcard : 128 pci (creative)
power supply 300W

i have a very low frame rate in games like unreal tournament and quake arena.

os windows 98 SE (i tried windows me but still the same probs )
have the latest amd drivers (mini port,ide ..) installed

please help me

Run Wintop and see what's running:

Go to run, type msconfig go to the startup tab and see what's loading.

M.S. Office installed?

Go into bios and set performance defaults (or similar), save and reboot to bios and check or redetect your H.D.'s ect., save and exit.

Scandisked and defragged lately?
DMA checked?

Try different video drivers.

Slow? how slow, what do you score in 3dmark 2000 ?(www.madonion.com ?)

You could try running Dr. Watson in System Information to see what prog is causing the problem.

about the frame rate

unreal tournament has worked perfect on my previous system (pII 300)

i think the sd11 mb has a problem with the gforce
but what is the problem ???
