I have a
Pentium(R) dual core E5400 @2.7GHz 2.7GHz
4 gb dd3 ram
Windows 7 (64) bit
and a Nvidia GTX 650
i know its not a high end pc or a overal to good but it should atleast be able to play games on low settings with no fps drops
Games i play and i see fps drops are Pes 2013, League of Legends , Tomb Raider 2013

might help. Can you overclock the cpu? From what I've read, you should have no problem with those games on low/med settings, though someone with more knowledge might have a better solution.
