Are you sure you are doing the right thing? The mouse will not work during a windows install anyway...
1 - Do you have a copy of Windows XP on CD? You will need one.
2 - Put the CD in the drive and reboot the machine.
3 - Does it boot the installer? It should be obvious... and blue.
4 - If not, does it say 'press any key to boot from CD'? If so, press a key when it says that. If you missed it reboot again.
5 - If it doesn't say that, does it say 'press delete to enter setup'? If so, press delete when it says that. Navigate the menus with the keyboard and change 'boot priority' to CD first. Go back to step 2.
