When ever I try to go into My Documents on WinXP It says This application has requested runtime to terminate it and stuff and it will not let me in. I don't know if it is a virus or what. Can you help me.

You could scan for viruses online here. More likely than not, it's a corrupted video file or something that is causing Explorer to crash while trying to generate a thumbnail preview.

Well I do download music on LimeWire and every now and then I get a corrupt file so it probably is that. On that virus scan you can fix it too right?

My usual solution (since I can remember which file(s) were added when the problem started) is to open a DOS prompt and delete the files that way. The virus scan won't find or fix corrupted AVIs.

At this point, we might be better off not going there...

First, did you do the online virus scan? Also, use MS Antispyware to make sure you don't have any of that. Then we can try other things.
