It was a show in a setting sort of like a department store, and they did everything at night when the department store was closed. Sorry, my memories of this are very obscure. Any ideas? (for the name)
 
Wasn't that the show with the maniquen (mind spelling) who came to life at night after the store was closed? I remember something along those lines. I was born in '81 so I was just a kid during those times.

I think so....maybe. I was also born in 81, therefore the obscure memories.
 
I remember there was an episode of "Are you afraid of the dark" that took place in a department store/mall after hours. Doesn't really have anything to do with your question - just felt like neffing.
 
It was on Nickelodeon (sp?). I remember what you are talking about but have no idea what it was called. There were mannequins, and puppets I think.
 
I don't think it was a Nickelodeon show. I remember it now, but have no idea of the name. The manequin in the show was the same actor who played Balkey Bautockamous (hahah, mind spelling) in that other 80's show.
 
I vaguely remember something like this too. But all I can remember is the fact that it was in a department store after hours. I don't remember the mood, the characters, nothing.
 
the movie "Mannequin" was a theatrical release in 1987

Mannequin 2 came out in 1991

i am sure the movie was shown on TV, but i don't know of a TV spin off

maybe this is or isn't what you are thinking of
