Need help

This is driving me crazyyyyyyyyy

IC7G-Intel 3.2 Win2K-ATI 9700Pro-Corsair 3200xms-Enermax 420(new)

Boots and runs perfect. Then on reboot comp. turns on... fans running.. Black screen and nothing.
Changed ram. Unplugged everything started over. I have done this for days. Reset CMOS.

Could the case cause this? Or power supply???????

Video card? Can you hear the HDD spin up? Power supplies are usually the problem in this case. What kind of Power Supply is it?

Thank you for your resoponse. I think I found the problem..
Vid card was not seated properly..
the ram was also not seated right.

Now I have checked that 3 times. Not until the fourth did I notice. Pressed a little harder and they dropped in..
