Need help with wireless internet

I need to get wireless Web access, but have not a clue where to start. What's the absolute minimum I need (both hardware and in terms of a provider)? PDA or pocket PC. I just need to do some minor Web browsing and grab my e-mail...

Wireless as in 802.11x wireless or wireless as in I want internet access anywhere and everywhere?

You can either go with a PDA phone or a PDA + Phone + Data cable. As far as service, all major cell providers offer some form of wireless web.

Are you asking about wireless access for a PDA? Or is that just one option?
