One day I unplugged my USB web-type cam from the box and from then on I have no more USB controller!
I have reinstalled the VIA 4 in 1's, Windows Me twice, flashed the BIOS successfully, reinstalled USB driver for the camera, reinstalled Microsoft USB controller drivers, virus scan with 2 different scanners, removed the 'device' with the device manager and reinstalled several times, yelled alot, reinstalled everything again and this is what I get:
VIA Tech 3038PCI to USB Universal Host Controller
'The NTKERN.VXD device loader for this device could not load the device driver.(Code 2)'
Interupt Request=9
Input/output=D400-D41F
I looked in the windows system folder and all the driver files are there. Device Manager says there are no conflicts.
can someone PLEASE give me a clue?
Thanks
