Need help with Windows Media Player 10 - Volume Control

I just downloaded service pack 2 and windows media player 10. When I drag the seek bar in the windows media player it automatically raises the volume 100%. My old media player 9 did not do this. This is getting really annoying. Is anyone else having this problem?
