Need help with Windows 64

I have downloaded the *.iso file from MS and burned it using Nero. When I
try to install it, I keep getting the following error:

PFN_LIST_CORRUPT

I have tried to re-burn the iso with no luck. This machine successfully
installed WinXP and I am currently posting from this machine stably. The
hardware is as follows:

Foxconn 755A01 Motherboard
2x256 Crucial PC2100 DDR
AMD64 3000+
Lite-on 52x CD-burner
GeForce 5900

I have tried forcing ultra slow timings on the RAM in case that was somehow related to the problem, but I didn't have any luck.

Any help is greatly appreciated as I am about to give up on XP 64. Thanks.

Did you burn it correctly?
Is there an md5 sum or something to check to make sure the download wasn't corrupted?
Did you check the OS forum? 😛

I believe it burned correctly. I am not sure how I would perform a check sum on the file or the burnt disc.

Bump for any other suggestions.
