Need help with Win2k Bluescreen

I keep getting the following STOP error on Win2K and was wondering if anyone could help my diagnose what the problem might be.

The message is a stop error that says TRAP_CAUSE_UNKNOWN (0x00000012). I've searched Microsoft's site to no avail. I'd like to avoid having to wipe my drive if I can, so if there's a way to fix this then please share. Otherwise I guess I'll have no other alternative then.

Thanks,

Try running Safe Mode by hitting the F8 key during the bootup. Once you're in Safe Mode, goto Device Manager and remove PCI Bus under System Devices. This will have W2K redetect all the hardwares again. It's possible that one of your driver or device causing the Bluescreen.
