Two networks...one running NT Server 4.0...other is simply a "peer-to-peer"...
need to establish VPN tunnel between them...using Watchguard's SOHO/tc
VPN appliance on each end...can ping internal IP addresses -that's ALL!
(can't browse Network Neighborhood...Netbios issue...Thanks Mickey!)
Was told that WINS would make everything work if I enabled WINS on the
NT Server..it didn't...(think I would need a WINS server on each end, huh??)
Would really rather NOT deal with WINS at all - if possible!
Anyway, getting bald fast...need to make these two networks talk to each other...file
& printer sharing, etc....remote network systems need to be able to log into the
NT Server to access application data on server...ANY help GREATLY appreciated!!
