Need Help With Vista Issue

So I just installed Vista Business 64 bit and this is the order of what I did.

1. Reformatted Hard Drive
2. Installed Vista Business 64bit with out activation with only 2GB
3. Installed storport hotfix
4. Installed another 2GB of RAM making 4GB total
5. Installed nforce_winvista64 15.08 chipset drivers
6. Installed drivers for my GPU
7. Installed drivers for my sound card, mouse/keyboard, etc.
8. Activated Vista
9. Installed updates 10 at a time then running sfc/scannow after to make sure they installed right.

This is were the issue happens, after doing the last 10 updates, I ran the sfc/scannow and it gets to 98% complete and then says "Verification 98% complete. Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.Log"

I looked in the log, but there is so much stuff I don't even now what the problem is. Can someone please help me. Thanks.
 
Yeah. Print out the log file, maybe only the last few lines, and hold them up to the screen so I can read then.

From what you have described it could be any one of hundreds of things.
Give us some info to go on............
