Need Help with URGENT Virus Problem- WIN ME

My AVG software cannot quarantine the files in the C:\_restore\temp directory

how can I delete them? It won't let me through win explorer either. Is there a way via dos? How can I access dos in winme?

Damn virus killed my norton too...

My wife was downloading clipart and bam.. please help

Sounds like you might've had KLEZ if it killed your AVG software. Glad you got it fixed.
